| CONOFLOW AIRPAK® FILTER REGULATORS

Used to provide clean, regulated air pressure to automatic
machinery, instruments and controls, and other pneumatic devices. These units
have a maximum supply pressure rating of 300 PSI and are constructed of
aluminum. A 35 micron filter comes standard (10 & 40 micron filters
optional) and are available in three regulated pressure ranges (0-25, 0-60,
0-125 PSI). It incorporates four ¼” NPT connections and line mounting is
standard (optional bracket available for wall mounting).

Qualified in accordance with the requirements of IEEE 323-1974 and
the recommended practices of IEEE 323-1975. The testing included Thermal Aging,
Radiation Aging, Wear Aging, Seismic Qualification and Steam Line Break
Testing. The unit is a pressure reducing, relief type regulator and air filter
combination. It provides clean, regulated air pressure to instruments, controls
and other pneumatic devices which allows them to operate at maximum efficiency.
The unit is supplied with 0-25, 60 and 125 PSI pressure ranges with a maximum
supply pressure of 200 PSI.

| CONOFLOW MANUAL LOADING REGULATORS AND MANUAL LOADING STATIONS

| GH10 / GPH Series
|
These regulators are precision units designed for laboratory
environments, remote loading of pneumatic devices, speed changers and other
general purpose applications. The unit is available in brass, aluminum, or
stainless steel and combinations of the same. Regulated pressure ranges of 0-3,
5, 15, 25, 35, 50 and 125 PSI. To accurately regulate pressure, the diaphragms
incorporate a relief and constant bleed feature. Each unit has two ¼” NPT
connections and can be line, wall or flush-back panel mounted.

| CONOFLOW ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC TRANSDUCERS

GT210 Series
Miniature I/P-E/P Transducers
|
These transducers accept a variety of electrical input signals and
convert them to proportional pneumatic output signals. The miniature transducer
is available with two different circuit boards. One board accepts current
inputs of 4-20/10-50mA DC with a range selector jumper switch which can be
positioned to accept a 4-20 or 10-50mA DC input. The other board accepts inputs
of 0-5/1-9VDC with a range selector jumper switch which can be positioned to
accept 0-5 or 1-9 VDC. These units are available with output signals of 3-15,
3-27, or 6-30 PSIG. Optional gauge ports are available for monitoring the
output signal.

| GT_8 Series Milliampere
|
These Transducers accept a variety of electrical input signals and
convert them to proportional output signals of 3-15, 3-27, or 6-30 PSIG. The
GT_8 Series also incorporate low impedance circuitry and a range selector
jumper which can be positioned to accept 4-20 or 10-50 mA DC inputs. An
optional input signal of 0-20 mA is available for the GT_8 series.

| CONOFLOW PNEUMATIC PISTON ACTUATORS

|
Conoflow’s Pneumatic Piston Actuators are compact units designed to
function in today’s high performance instrument systems. Piston diameters of 3”
to 12.5” are available with standard strokes up to 10”. Force produced is a
function of the supply pressure which can be varied from 20 to 100 PSI.

|
Conoflow’s Pneumatic Lever Actuators are rugged and powerful units
used to automatically position dampers, louvers, variable pitch fans to make
various mechanical adjustments to process machinery. It has a sturdy mounting
base and the steel lever arm has eight take-off positions for stroke
flexibility. Piston diameters range from 6 to 8” with a maximum lever travel of
12”.

| CONOFLOW GJ SERIES POSITIONER

Conoflow’s GJ Positioner is a top mounted, integral type unit used
with piston, springless diaphragm actuators. Operating on a force balance
principle, this unit’s two-stage pilot affords fast response and excellent
positioning accuracy. The GJ Series Positioner is available in either top or
bottom loading, direct or reverse acting.

| CONOFLOW COMMANDAIRE® POSITIONER

|
Conoflow’s Commandaire® Positioner is a top mounted, integral
positioner used with piston or spring and diaphragm actuators. This unit
provides proportional positioning if an actuator with stroke lengths up to 10”.
The high capacity 5 SCFM at 100 PSI pilot valve exhausts or feeds supply
pressure 20 to 100 PSI to the actuator. This positioner can be top or bottom
loading, direct or reverse acting.
